Harriet Hageman, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Wyoming's at-large district, has recently voiced her concerns and legislative efforts through a series of tweets. Since replacing Liz Cheney in 2023, Hageman has been actively involved in various initiatives and policies.

On March 6, 2025, Hageman expressed her belief that it is crucial to expose how federal agencies have historically avoided accountability while diverting resources to pursue policies not approved by Congress or desired by Americans. "I believe it is important to expose how federal agencies have historically avoided accountability, while diverting resources to pursue policies that Americans don’t want, Congress never approved, and are contrary to their purpose and mission."

Later that day, she announced the introduction of the GUARD Act alongside Senator Banks. This legislation aims to protect children from what they describe as harmful gender-confusion policies in schools and proposes withholding CAPTA funds from states violating parental rights. The act seeks to keep Child Protective Services focused on its primary mission. "This week, @SenatorBanks and I introduced the GUARD Act: Protects children from schools pushing harmful gender-confusion policies Withholds CAPTA funds from states that violate parental rights Keeps CPS focused on its real mission I'll always fight for families."

On March 7, 2025, Hageman announced her support for Tom Emmer's Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act by joining 100 House Republicans as cosponsors. The bill aims to protect economic freedom amid concerns about Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC). "I'm joining 100 House Republicans cosponsoring @GOPMajorityWhip Tom Emmer's Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act to protect your economic freedom."
