Tom has plans for the City that I believe will elevate us to heights we have not seen before. Please join me in welcoming Tom and his wonderful family to the community!”
Sarvey was most recently the Business Manager for Johnson County School District No. 1. He has a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and is a Wyoming-licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
Sarvey said “I am excited to begin my new position as finance director for the City of Rawlins. I am a loyal Wyomingite and love all recreational opportunities that the Rawlins area affords. A large part of my decision to accept this opportunity is the people I met through the recruitment process. I am very impressed with the direction and the progress of the City of Rawlins, the forward thinking of the City Manager, and the organization's investment in human capital. My family and I are looking forward to our new adventure in the City of Rawlins!”
