The City View Newsletter and Activity Guide will be hitting mailboxes soon! This triannual publication is mailed to every household in the City of Rawlins thanks to the budget provided by the City Council and supported by our advertising sponsors: Memorial Hospital of Carbon County and Power Company of Wyoming. It is also distributed to city facilities and businesses throughout town.
