On February 21, 2025, Rep. Harriet Hageman praised a move by President Biden and the Department of Justice concerning administrative law judges (ALJs). "This is a great step by @POTUS and DOJ to address the unconstitutionality of ALJs. Agencies should not pick their own judges to rule on laws they write and enforce—violating separation of powers. Reforms like this & my Seventh Amendment Restoration Act help restore due process."
Later that day, she addressed a recent decision by the United States Postal Service regarding mail processing facilities in Wyoming. "Today’s USPS decision to retain mail processing in Casper & Cheyenne is a hopeful step for WY. The investment helps, but the challenges remain. I’ll push my legislation to lock in these wins & block out-of-state processing shifts. I'm optimistic, but work still needs to be done."
The following day, on February 22, 2025, Rep. Hageman expressed her enthusiasm for participating in an event organized by the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). "I was honored to join the main stage at @CPAC today! "
