Census Bureau reports Midwest population was 228 in 2020

Midwest had a population of 228 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Wyoming News.

The median age was 44, with 46.1 percent of the total population being female and 53.9 percent male.

The state's total population in 2020 was 581,348.
