Natrona County ranked ninth in Wyoming for resident earnings in 2019

Natrona County ranked ninth among counties in Wyoming by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Natrona County residents was $32,749 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 32,799 households with a population of 80,333.

The county with the highest median resident income in the state was Campbell County with $41,471 per year after adjusting for inflation – $8,722 more than Natrona County. It had 17,574 households with a population of 47,409.

The county with the lowest median resident income in the state was Niobrara County with $21,065 per year after adjusting for inflation – $11,684 less than Natrona County. It had 964 households with a population of 2,422.
