Later that day, she reflected on a significant event in Wyoming’s history. In a post dated July 12, 2025, she wrote about recent festivities: “What a fabulous celebration of Wyoming’s 135th birthday and kickoff to the USA’s 250th! My team joined the festivities in Cheyenne this week, including a ceremonial ringing of Wyoming’s Liberty Bell. Let freedom ring, and happy birthday to beautiful Wyoming!”

On July 14, 2025, Senator Lummis commented on developments in American energy production. She posted: “Honored to be a part of history for American energy. Opening up the first U.S. rare earth mine in more than 70 years will be monumental in unleashing American energy dominance, and it’s all happening right here in Wyoming. Glad to have a @POTUS who is ready to power America.”

Wyoming has been at the forefront of both digital asset regulation and mineral resource development in recent years.
