Later in the afternoon, Senator Lummis highlighted her office’s engagement with local veterans. At 14:26 UTC she wrote, “My staff attended Crook County Veterans Bfast & spent time with WY heroes. It’s wonderful to see changes already helping WY vets”.

Senator Lummis has served as Wyoming’s junior senator since 2021. Her comments reflect ongoing legislative efforts related to President Biden’s policy priorities as well as bipartisan work on improving services for veterans in rural states like Wyoming.
