Senator Cynthia Lummis, representing Wyoming in the U.S. Senate, recently addressed both national and local issues through a series of posts on her social media account.
On September 24, 2025, Senator Lummis responded to an incident involving law enforcement officers with a message of sympathy and support: “My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the victims, their families, and the law enforcement officers involved. This targeted attack against ICE officers is a tragedy.
Join me in praying for our country.”
The following day, September 25, 2025, she acknowledged healthcare workers in her state by stating: “Congratulations to those who received the Outstanding Community Health Award from the Northeast Wyoming Community Health Foundation. Thank you to the health heroes throughout Wyoming for their commitment to serving our communities.”
Later that evening, Senator Lummis encouraged constituents to stay informed about her work: “Looking to stay connected and see how I’m working for Wyoming? Follow along on social media and sign up for my newsletter!”
Senator Lummis has served as Wyoming’s junior senator since 2021. Her posts reflect ongoing engagement with both statewide concerns—such as recognition of community health professionals—and national matters related to law enforcement incidents.
