NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rawlins Planning and Zoning Commission is having a regularly scheduled meeting on November 8th at 5:30 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 521 West Cedar Street, Rawlins to hear the following matters:
