BROWN ON SHOOTING IN COLORADO SPRINGS As Mayor of the City of Buffalo, I extend heartfelt prayers to the residents of Colorado Springs, those injured, and everyone who lost loved ones in the shooting at Club Q on November 19th, on the eve of Transgender Day of Remembrance. We empathize with the heartbreak experienced when hate-fueled violence comes to terrorize a city.
