Call to order is at 6:00 pm. These regular meetings are open to the public to attend or view online at hanna.ca/tv the second Tuesday of every month. They are scheduled by a motion of Council at the annual organizational meeting in October.

The public may attend or present during a scheduled public presentation. If you need more than 2 minutes, please contact the CAO in advance to be placed on the agenda.

Meeting packages are always available to the public and will be available prior to the meeting at https://hanna.ca/council-meetings
