Wyoming residents paid $3,528 to attend the two-year public college this year, which is $822 less than the $4,350 charged in the 2021-22 academic year.
Non-resident students were charged 142.9% more than in-state students during the 2022-23 school year, paying $8,568. This represents a 19.5% decrease from the $10,650 fee in 2021-22.
Approximately 82% of Casper College’s undergraduate students are Wyoming residents, while about 14% come from other states and 4% are international students.
