2022 Labor Day Closings And City Service Schedules In Arlington

Many City of Arlington municipal offices and facilities will be closed Monday, Sept. 5, 2022, in observance of Labor Day.

Residential and commercial garbage collection and residential recycling collection will not occur in Arlington on Labor Day.

Residential garbage collection for those whose pickup day falls on the holiday will resume on the following regular collection day and recycling collection will resume Monday, Sept. 12.

Commercial garbage collection will resume Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Regular office hours and service schedules for some facilities will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6.
